The Executive Team plays a pivotal role in fostering a sense of unity, leadership, and purpose within our chapter. Exec provides the organization with strategic direction and ensures the smooth operation of events and activities. Their leadership is instrumental in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment, facilitating effective communication among members, and upholding the values and traditions of the sorority. The team's commitment to collaboration and decision-making not only enhances the overall sorority experience but also contributes to the growth and success of individual members, creating a lasting impact on the broader collegiate community.
Madison Wilson
Chapter President
Hi everyone! My name is Madison Wilson and I am currently serving as the Chapter President. I am a sophomore majoring in Biology on the Pre-Med track. In my role as President, I coordinate the chapter executive board and ensure that events, meetings, and members stay on track and run smoothly. My goals this year in my position are to improve membership numbers and increase accountability and transparency.
Sydney Spessard
VP Chapter Relations & Standards
Hi! My name is Sydney Spessard and I am serving my second term as VP Chapter Relations & Standards. In my role I uphold the Fraternity Member Code of Conduct through education, positive programming, and disciplinary action. I also get to redo our bylaws during the spring for the next school year. My main goal in this position is to continue to have positive educational experiences.
Sam Roy
VP Finance
As VP Finance, I am responsible for maintaining the chapter's financial accounts and payments. I answer questions about Billhighway, national dues, and other miscellaneous finances. My goal for this year is to keep the chapter out of debt and increase transparency about chapter expenses with members.
Kayley Wachter
VP Risk Management
Hey! My name is Kayley Wachter and I am serving as our VP Risk. In my role as risk, I help out with socials and formals, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and everyone is safe. I also help educate our members on the importance of mental and physical health. My main goal as risk is to make sure our chapter is safe and healthy.
Elise Nelson
VP Ritual & Fraternity Appreciation
VP Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation helps to establish our founding pillars and traditions that are so special to us in our daily lives. My position involves planning our small and larger ceremonies including initiation! As well as helping our active members and amazing alumnae connect.
Dani Farrington
VP Recruitment
I plan each day of formal recruitment in the fall and come up with the themes for each day. I also plan informal recruitment in the spring, which involves planning COB events. I am determined to get another amazing new member class from another great fall recruitment!
Emma Villanueva
VP New Member Education
In my exec role, I collaborate and guide our new members into our chapter in an easy and welcoming way. I help them complete their modules and become strong leaders within our chapter. For my position, I collaborate with our bid day chair and the recruitment team to help plan Bid Day. I also plan Big/Little and choose the themes for Bid Day.
Madilyn Lee
VP Public Relations & Marketing
In my role as VP PRM, I am responsible for everything marketing related! I run our chapter's social media accounts, including this website, and work to promote Alpha Chi every day. My goal in this position is to maintain an active and inclusive presence on the chapter's social media platforms. I look forward to working with the recruitment team as well!

VP Membership Programming
As VP MP my role is to ensure that the chapter provides experiences, opportunities, and open space to encourage growth for each member. I facilitate sisterhood and MyJourney events. My goal is to make sure that members are creating bonds that last a lifetime with one another. My position creates a place for all personalities to come together and form one united sisterhood.

VP Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Hi everyone! My name is Jada and I am so excited to be the new VP DEI. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring that we have a safe, inclusive presence in our home. I want anyone and everyone to feel confident that they can find their home at Alpha Chi without judgement. My goal this year is to start a DEI book club and collaborate with VP MP to host more DEI sisterhoods.
Shelby Holman
Panhellenic Council Delegate
My name is Shelby and I am the chapter's new Panhellenic Delegate! My goal in this position is to increase our chapter's attendance at other chapter's philanthropy events by providing correct and timely information. I am incredibly passionate about our chapter's philanthropy and want us to reciprocate that passion to others! I can't wait to see what this year has in store.
Ella Robinson
VP Intellectual Development
Being the VP of Intellectual Development in Alpha Chi involves many different things! Creating study table schedules, enforcing academic tiered contracts, and hosting 1 academic workshop each semester are just a few of the duties I have in this position! I also get to encourage the girls in our chapter to focus more on their academics by doing fun events and ordering new supplies for the study!

VP Facility Operations
Hi! My name is Cassie and I'm serving as VP FO for the Fall 2024 semester. I wanted to run for FO because AXO is truly my home. I want to ensure that our chapter facility stays clean and well taken care of. This position requires my sisters to trust me and rely on me to complete tasks around the home and keep it a safe environment.
Anna Welsh
VP Philanthropy
Our philo is domestic violence awareness and all of our proceeds go to the Community Violence Intervention Center. I plan and coordinate our philanthropies and our biggest one we host is called Mock Rock which is a dance competition between the frat houses. We also have Tacos with A Chi O's and this year are collabing with a nutrition place to raise money for domestic violence awareness!

Hi everyone! My name is Sami and I am so excited to start my new role as VP RI. In this position, I am responsible for keeping members up-to-date and knowledgeable about recruitment rules. I am also responsible for teaching our rising sophomore class propoer recruitment skills and practices alongside VP Recruitment. I look forward to recruitment this year and can't wait to bring home more amazing girls!
